The Asus VivoBook series was originally known for budget laptops. But, the latest VivoBooks have been improved drastically over the years with better hardware, modern features and even a premium look.

What makes this notebook so special is that even from a brand-name like Asus, one could expect its price to be under $500. It’s amazing to think that the VivoBook 15 has a lot of features that will rival even higher priced competitors.

In fact, the Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) may be one of the best picks if you’re looking for a laptop that balances power with portability.

The Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) is an affordable full size offering from the company and combines power and portability to make a great notebook for school, work or play. Overall build quality is excellent and the inclusion of a large full size keyboard and touchpad also make it a great option for typing fanatics. The device looks great and has a professional design, incorporating some subtle but attractive highlights across the lid, keyboard surround and palm rests.

The price tag of the Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) may look a bit steep if you study its specifications, but you’ll soon find out that it’s money well spent when you find out what else is at your disposal.

The Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) isn’t just a pretty face – it’s got a solid package that includes some of the best specifications you can get on laptops within this price range. It also fulfills the need of an education laptop with its ruggedness and good battery life. With the specs that work for both work and play, it’s no wonder why the VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) has adroitly carved out a name for itself in an immensely competitive market.

What is it about big laptops that makes them so appealing? Maybe it’s the ease to pack them up and use it on your lap. Perhaps, it’s the big comfy display and smooth bigger keyboard. Or maybe it’s the sheer coolness of a big laptop. Whatever reasons you may have, the VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) from Asus will not disappoint you with its screen size of 15.6 inches, which is huge by today’s standards.

The VivoBook 15 is the successor to the hugely popular Asus VivoBook X556UQ. Both feature the same excellent design but has different specifications inside and out. We’re taking a look at the much improved VivoBook 15, which has one of the best features among 15.6-inch laptops in its price range, that big beautiful display. And of course, it looks good and feels great in hand thanks to its brushed metal finish.

There’s a lot to enjoy from the Asus VivoBook 15, and it feels like the brand has built a solid laptop especially for students. As cool as the new one is, it’s not alone. It has several other siblings, and while the bigger models are more expensive, if you’re looking for slim and svelte laptops, Asus also offers its ZenBook UX433 and ZenBook 3 Deluxe with Core i7.

This is a sleek design laptop for mid-range users. It comes with a 15.6-inch FHD display with a sRGB color gamut of 65% and good viewing angles that don’t lose in detail and brightness. The slim body of the laptop looks nice and feels light to carry, so you can use it at home or work.

Once you take the lid off, it feels like a laptop that is designed to be used on a desk. The colour and design of the Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34), with its brushed metal finish, reminds me of an Apple MacbookAir. It even has the same rounded corners on the lid – something I’ve never seen on any Windows laptop before.

Design-wise, the 15.6-inch Asus VivoBook 15 has a solid build that looks premium in every angle. Folks who want a laptop for work or for personal use will find this machine very appealing. Although it’s already chunky for a 15.6-incher, its weight is okay at 3.75 pounds and its strong body doesn’t look flimsy when handled roughly.

Whether you are looking for a laptop to play games or just need something for business use, this laptop can help you with your daily routine. Not only is it a great all-around laptop, but it is specifically made to work and play hard. With the Intel i3-1005G1 CPU and plenty of other storage space, the laptop has you covered.

If you want a reasonably priced large screen laptop but would not want to settle for a cheap one, I’d like to introduce you to this.

We loved the Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) Thin And Light Laptop! It is one of the best laptops you can buy for under $500. Not only does it have a bright, 15.6″ FHD display that can be used even on bright days, it also has excellent ports and a great keyboard and touchpad.

This laptop is surprisingly thin and light, which is highly appreciated by business users who need to bring their laptops around. And it’s usually the top-of-the-line hardware that takes up the most space inside a laptop. For example, on this laptop you’ll find an Intel i3-1005G1 CPU (also available with an i5), Intel UHD Graphics with ‎8 GB DDR4, 128 GB Flash Memory Solid State.

Asus did a great job in building this laptop, and it looks very nice to see this from both the inside and outside. This laptop is very upgradable — it has two RAM slots and the internal storage is easy to replace. You get all this for only under $500 out of pocket. So, if you are looking for something cheap and productivity-minded to get started with, this is a great choice.

The Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34) is a surprisingly light and thin business laptop with decent specifications on top of it. While it comes at a high price point that may be challenging for business users, when we factor in its size and weight, the price starts to make sense. And if you’re looking for something small and light to take on the go, this laptop checks all the boxes. It’s obviously not the cheapest notebook around, but that’s only because it packs some impressive hardware specs compared to similarly-sized laptops.

For Asus, it’s pretty much a win-win situation. If you’re in the market for a thin and light laptop under $500, this 15.6-inch version of the Asus Vivobook is one of the best options out there. At 3.75 pounds, this laptop is super thin and very lightweight for its size. It’s not the lightest ultraportable laptop at this price point, but it’s close to being among the top choices on the marketplace. The ASUS Vivobook has a respectable hardware specifications sheet too: Full FHD display (1920 x 1080 pixels), Intel Core i5 or i3 processor, Intel UHD Graphics, 8GB RAM and 128 GB Flash Memory Solid State.

In other words, it’s a good laptop for working, browsing and watching videos. You can use it to get pretty much anything done, whether you are at the office or at home. And don’t forget about the HD webcam with good angle view, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth! You can use those to make HD Skype calls to your friends or family (or to any other destinations without issues).

First off, the thin body doesn’t look like plastic. It’s made entirely of metal except for the LCD bezel and the palm rest which are coated with a tough soft-touch plastic. It also feels sturdy over all with no flex anywhere. The laptop is pretty lightweight for its dimensions 14.1 x 9.1 x 0.78 inches (3.75 pounds) and it really stands out when placed next to an HP Spectre 13 inch or Dell Inspiron 13 5000 Series 2-in-1 Touch Laptop (5482) for example. Those are both very portable machines with 13 inch screens, but they weigh noticeably more than the Asus VivoBook 15 (F512JA-AS34).

This laptop is highly portable, and it’s perfect for professionals who work while on the go. The battery is sufficient to keep it powered for up to 8 hours of use.

The ASUS VivoBook 15 is a mid-range laptop that provides its users with a number of useful features. This versatile laptop is capable of playing most games, and it can be used for personal as well as professional use. It also includes an efficient thermal system to ensure the efficiency of the processor, it has a large HD display, and the Fingerprint features. Besides these factors, this laptop is packed with numerous features that combine to provide users with the best laptop experience.

It also has a good display which not only looks good but also offers users the ability to work anywhere without experiencing eye strain. The ASUS VivoBook 15 also includes a solid-state drive, which makes it faster than traditional laptops.

Laptops are a significant investment for most people. And, as you may know, the laptop market now features a great number of options. The ASUS F512JA-AS34 is an all-around performer. It has an Intel Core i3 or i5 processor, a decent amount of memory and a 15.6-inch display with HD resolution. Although there are many laptop reviews online, the truth of the matter is that most of them are very superficial. Most reviewers simply point out what a laptop has to offer and why they think it’s good or bad. But this kind of information is useless for us users. A review needs to be detailed so that it gives us an accurate description of both the pros and cons of a certain product. And then, it needs to include specific examples highlighting what these advantages and disadvantages look like.

The best way to approach this is to figure out what you want from a laptop. Maybe you need something light and compact, in which case, you’ll need a brand with good build quality. Perhaps you need a webcam for video calls, and you don’t mind losing some battery life for it. Whatever it is that you’re looking for , there are certain factors that determine the quality of your next laptop purchase.

That being said, there’s one thing you shouldn’t be so confused about- the operating system installed in your laptop. Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Price and Configurations Review

The Asus VivoBook 15 (model F512JA-AS34) has one of the slimmest profiles among affordable 15.6-inch laptops at some mm thick. As the name implies, this model is from the company’s VivoBook line targeted at daily connectivity needs, including Web browsing and office productivity work as well as multimedia tasks. These models usually have compact chassis with brushed metal bodies.

If you’re on a budget and want to buy a Windows laptop, the Asus Vivobook 15 is a good option. This latest Vivobook is available with Intel i3-1005G1, Intel i5-1035G1 and Intel UHD Graphics. All these configurations get 8GB of RAM and 128/512GB of storage.

A laptop can be pretty handy to have for a variety of different reasons. Whether you’re an office worker or someone that likes to get out and about with their work or just generally enjoy the benefit of having a portable device handy, a laptop from ASUS has plenty to offer. One specific ASUS model we’re interested in is the VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 that offers some attractive features at an affordable price.

The Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 is a very solid laptop for the $400-$600 price range, and comes with a backlit keyboard, fingerprint and discrete graphics options. You can get the Intel i3-1005G1 CPU and Intel i5-1035G1 CPU at only $400 and $600 USD.

At $400 the Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 is a nice lightweight laptop for everyday use. I don’t recommend this laptop for power users or gamers, but $600 USD i5 is ok for gamers.

Apart from its classy looks, the Asus Vivobook 15 also boasts of several other appealing features, such as a Full-HD screen as well as a mid-range graphics card. The system is powered by an Intel Core i3 or i5 processor and it is available with 8GB of RAM and 128/512 GB SSD.

The Asus VivoBook 15 laptops are a hot-selling series from Asus. Some variants of the VivoBook 15 sell for as little as $400 although with that you get an i3 processor and a 128GB hard drive, but the entry-level price of $600 will get you an Intel Core i5 processor and an SSD.

This is an affordable option that gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It’s well-built and good looking, with a beautiful, slim bezel around the display, smooth hinge, and metal finish laptop.

While other aspects of the VivoBook 15 might suffer (and some might argue that its sleek form factor doesn’t justify a purchase over a real laptop), the display is where the VivoBook 15 delivers. It’s an excellent, vibrant display that helps justify this laptop’s high price tag, and for once I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for it. If you’re looking for a portable 15.6-inch notebook with great battery life and good performance, this is the device to get—provided your budget allows you to stomach its high price tag.

The Asus Vivobook 15 is a Windows laptop that has a lot to offer, especially for the price. A versatile screen size, a decent performaticce and good battery life make it an excellent value.

Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Design Review

It’s a budget laptop so you should expect some corners to be cut. However, the build quality of the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 is more than acceptable and does not feel cheap.

Asus has always been innovative in their laptop designs, from the compact Asus ZenBook UX305 to the extreme Asus ROG Zephyrus. With the new line of Asus VivoBook F series laptops, they have pushed even further and after spending some time with the Vivobook F512, we’re happy to say it’s a case of another job well done.

Design wise, the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 looks fresh and attractive. The colors are eye catching and it feels very premium. I will say that Asus did a fine job with textures and finishing; after all, this laptop comes with an excellent and attractive looks.

Asus has been teasing a new addition to its Vivobook series, and today I’m happy to report that the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 is finally here. In this review, we will cover the design and finish of the device, which based on what we are seeing so far, looks really promising.

Another interesting feature of the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 is that it has a dedicated number-pad on the keyboard. This isn’t something unique to Asus but it’s a nice touch for those who do feel an urge to use a number-pad. The top right corner comes with the status indicators, which are easy to view. The backlit keyboard is ergonomic and comfortable to use.

The Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 15.6″ Full HD Laptop, as I like to call it is one of those budget laptops that will leave you surprised for not being an entry-level laptop. It’s evident from its design that Asus doesn’t cut corners when it comes to the build of this laptop and it feels very premium.

With the Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34, you can have a stylish laptop that has a futuristic design on its exterior but comes with a price tag that is friendly to your wallet. This is because the Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 has been designed sensibly while coming with high performance and good looks, not something that can be said about other laptops at this price point which are usually either awkwardly designed or boring looking.

The Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 does have a few shortcomings, like not so colorful display, but these shouldn’t prevent you from buying the laptop. The trouble is that this device was created for a specific market segment specifically and it’s hard to see another market that could enjoy this version of the VivoBook F series. Most consumers will find an alternative lacking in some aspect as it’s aimed at students and those looking for simple performance without having to worry about the price tag attached.

The visual effects of the Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 are exceptionally eye-catching, and this laptop is available in a good color schemes. We’ve tested several Asus laptops, including the ZenBook 13 UX331UN, but none of them sported colors that captured your attention. That’s why we applaud Asus for bringing back their innovation streak, although the new laptops lack some little premium quality that you would expect from Asus products.

The Asus VivoBook F512JA-AS34 is a 15.6-inch laptop that’s very attractive and has enough power to handle everyday computing activities. It comes with a great color schemes. It features a sleek design that sets it apart from previous VivoBooks, and it has one of the most enjoyable keyboards I have used in the past few years.

We’re here to wonder whether Asus has improved with the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 or not. This is a budget laptop, but it comes with a lot of solid features.

Asus has made the VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 available at an entry-level price by loading up the laptop with appealing features. It offers a powerful processor, spacious hard drive, a generous amount of memory and decent battery life. The sleek machine is impressively thin and light for its under $600 price.

Asus gave us an excellent combination of portability, screen quality and performance for the price thanks to its new VivoBook 15. It’s no featherweight champion, and it’s bigger and heavier in its class than most others you can find on store shelves. But what it lacks in palm-sized portability it makes up for with high-quality components and a long battery life. Plus, the brushed design and one-touch fingerprint sensor give it some extra flair that we feel is lacking in most other machines in its class.

Its lightweight designweighing under four pounds – and long battery life – up to 9 hours plus – make it an ideal laptop for travelers. This laptop is also great for students, both high school and college. One of the highlights of this Asus notebook is its backlit keyboard, which are very comfortable to type on.

Asus is widely known for their gaming laptops. People are always looking for the latest, greatest laptop that they can use to play games on the go. In fact, ASUS has so great gaming laptop lineups, there’s even a Republic of Gamers sub-brand (ROG) for their flagship products.

Case in point Asus really knows how to grab your attention. They’ve paired their latest laptop with its signature “ErgoLift” system, which raises the hinge of the display and tilts it slightly backward for better typing comfort. This fresh approach offers a wider opening angle between the display and keyboard, allowing for a more comfortable typing experience. To further contribute to the comfortable typing feel, this new generation of laptops adopts an improved keyboard design with key travel distance.

Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Ports Review

On the right side, there is a headphone jack, power button, a full-size HDMI, Ethernet port, and another USB 2.0 port. The decision to not include Thunderbolt 3 input was disappointing as I prefer to use that standard over USB-C for convenience sake. I like that the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 has an HDMI output but wish it was a Thunderbolt 3 input so that I could use my eGPU with this laptop.

In terms of connections, the notebook offers some interesting ports on its left and right side. There’s a DC jack, a Gigabit Ethernet port (which should also support Fast Ethernet speeds), a USB port, HDMI port, a USB Type-C port alongside a headphone/mic combo jack.

The most notable port of interest will be the one on the left side, which features the USB Type-C connector. This is becoming more popular on premium ultrabooks, and we’re glad to see it on a budget model like this.

In terms of connectivity, it’s got it all: USB 3.2 Type-A, USB 3.2 Type-C, USB 2.0, a microSD slot and a full-sized SD card reader. The addition of the microSD slot is great for expanding storage space to save more photos or videos.

The most important ports of any laptop are the ones on the sides or the back. Most connectivity is found there and you will be using them all the time: the headphone jack, the HDMI port, USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet jack, etc.

While the ports of the Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 might be disappointing if you were expecting a lot of them, they will nevertheless work with most of your peripherals, and it’s good that there are some available on this laptop.

The Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Ports comes with a standard array of ports and sockets. There are great number of USB ports in total.

Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Display Review

The display of the VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 has a 1920 x 1080 15.6-inch screen, with sharp details, but fails to deliver perfect colors. If you are looking for a budget machine that offers a decent display at this price point, you might want to check out what the VivoBook line has to offer. These days, there are a lot of laptops out there with affordable displays that are ready to provide visual treats. The Asus VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 is a high-performance laptop that promises to deliver smooth operations, as well as fun gaming experience. It comes with a powerful 10th generation Intel Core i3 processor, that promises to effortlessly power this thin and light laptop.

The ASUS VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 is the company’s latest budget laptop and it comes with a 15.6-inch, 1080p display. It’s a basic matte screen that’s sharp and bright but not exactly colorful.

This laptop is one of the best-selling laptops on Amazon right now, boasting a great design and a nice set of features. While it comes close to perfection, there are still some room for improvements, especially in terms of display quality.

This is a good choice for those who seek a 15.6-inch laptop that can be carried easily. It’s a bit hard to find a thin and lightweight 15.6-incher with definite style. The notebook is built surprisingly well, it sports high-quality materials and feels sturdy. The case is metal, but we have no objections about that because the build quality is decent and the display lid is rigid.

While the features list of the Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 leaves much to be desired, the display of this laptop deserves some extra attention. The display panel belongs to Asus’ Splendid series and you can easily tell that by looking at its traits – a comprehensive set of color modes and pre-calibrated settings. Besides, it has an excellent maximum brightness level and powerful colors.

The appearance is more than decent – the laptop exudes a sophisticated and elegant style. It can be considered a four-figure laptop, but in terms of build quality it’s worth the asking price, this laptop proves to be well-made.

The display is perhaps the component that can give you most of the problems. It has two main flaws – rather narrow viewing angles (this is probably the main drawback of all laptop display panels), and problematic color reproduction at least on our review sample.

The display performance of the Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 is above average, although far from being perfect. It has an excellent maximum brightness level and a very strong set of color modes, while its contrast and viewing angles are weak points really disappointing considering the laptop’s price point.

The display panel of the Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 is one of its best features. It’s an average-size laptop (at all dimensions) and the quality of its panel is even better than that of many full-size models. The panel’s native resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels, which is high for laptops released these days. However, you shouldn’t have any problems with watching movies or browsing the web. The text will be large enough to read without zooming in.

Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Keyboard and Touchpad Review

The Asus VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 features an island-style keyboard with a large touchpad, which offers a comfortable typing experience. The laptop’s hinge has a clever ErgoLift design that uses a metal plate in the palm rest to elevate the back of the keyboard when the lid is closed, so it almost matches up with the screen. This makes for a more ergonomic typing angle. The ErgoLift hinge can be set different positions and holds its position well.

Since we are dealing with a 15.6-inch laptop, the keyboard is naturally shallower than what you’d find in a larger laptop, but that is not the only contributing factor. The keys are also fairly shallow. They are well textured and spaced in a handy island style, so finding your bearings should be easy even when typing on this keyboard. They offer a good tactile feedback as well.

The Asus F512JA-AS34’s nicely laid out keyboard offers a comfortable typing experience, made possible by tactile keys and an innovative ErgoLift hinge that elevates the base of the chassis. With a glossy and an elegant font, the keyboard has a premium look. The layout ditches the function row found on most 15.6-inch laptops in favor of a NumPad section to the right of the main area. Button g a s d f g h j k is arranged in the top left corner, with a stylish Asus logo above it.

Asus has implemented a modern island-style keyboard with a numpad and an ergonomic aspect in this Vivobook model. The keyboard is tactile and typing on it feels nice thanks to well placed 1 mm of key travel. Key size is average, but the keyboard layout is spacious and the keys offer enough room around them which keeps typos at bay. The Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 also offers a backlit keyboard, with great levels of brightness.

Despite its very shallow key travel, the Asus F512JA-AS34 keyboard is comfortable to use because of tactile responsive keys and a good layout that has enough space between keys. The only adjustment you’ll need to make is getting used to the keyboard’s relatively low position, which makes it difficult to touch type when the laptop is lying flat on your desk.

This laptop offers a comfortable typing experience, due in part to the scissor-type keys and the unique ErgoLift hinged keyboard deck. The keyboard sits on an ErgoLift hinge that lifts the front of the laptop with good degrees. This raises the center of gravity around the wrist area, making it more comfortable to type.

The keyboard is delightful to type on, thanks to its well-placed key travel, tactile feedback and short-travel keys. The touchpad is smooth and responsive with support for awesome finger gestures. In our tests, it handled Windows 10’s swipe-from-the-edge gestures like charms. Plus, the buttons are snappy, firm and quiet enough that you are not likely to be distracted or annoyed by their operation. The Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 may not be the best laptop out there but it is a good looking laptop that comes with an island style keyboard which makes typing very comfortable.

Keyboards should be comfortable, with deep, tactile feedback that help you type accurately. Also, a backlight feature will prove very useful in dimly lit environments. We evaluated all these aspects of the keyboard and rated them according to our tests. ErgoLift stands out as the biggest differentiator in the typing experience of the Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34. It lifts the keyboard higher than its traditional position when opened so that it hovers over your lap instead of sitting on top of it. This allows air to travel underneath the keyboard and blow directly onto your lap.

Ergonomics are also an important factor for comfortable typing, and the Asus F512JA-AS34 gets this right too. The keyboard is slightly curved to the touch, and the Enter key is elevated and placed at the same level as the Backspace key. This is great news for people who often make typos, making it easier to hit Enter rather than Backspace. The reason so many keyboards have the Enter key positioned lower than the Backspace key is because of user error: a lot of people make mistakes by hitting the Backspace key when trying to enter text.

While typing, I found the keys to be very pleasant. They are slightly contoured and have a nice amount of friction. There’s a surprising amount of resistance on each keystroke for an ultrabook, despite it being so shallow. The keys felt solid, even on the top row where there’s no room for much contouring. I never found myself bottoming out while typing either, even on the space bar or the Shift key. At 1 mm of travel, the keyboard is incredibly shallow, but Asus has surprisingly avoided producing a hollow feeling that usually comes with shallow designs like this.

Asus Vivobook 15 F512JA-AS34 Performance Review

The ASUS VivoBook 15 F512JA-AS34 offers a great value proposition with its attractive chassis, good battery life, and good performance. Packed with a 10th Gen Intel Core i3-1005G1 CPU, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and an integrated UHD Graphics graphical processing unit (GPU), the VivoBook F512JA-AS34 provides plenty of power for productivity users that only need to run email clients, web browsers, office suites, and YouTube or Netflix in 1080p HD. It comes pre-installed with Windows 10 Home operating system (OS).

Over the past years, Asus has been pushing the Vivobook series to more and more affordable territory. At this price point, they are willing to compromise a bit on design and build quality versus what they offer in their higher-end models, but here that doesn’t bother us much – we are dealing with an Intel Core i3 processor matched with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD, and the case is under 0.7-inches thick, which should be enough to make it clear that this is a portable machine aimed at mainstream audiences.

You won’t have to worry about the performance of the ASUS VivoBook F512JA-AS34. Packed with great specs and a very nice design, this laptop can handle any daily task you throw at it – from entertainment to work. It’s a mini laptop, but it is full of power nevertheless.

When it comes to the internals of this laptop, what you get is very similar to most other models in its class. It has an Intel Core processor that performs at high levels while also providing relatively long battery life. Also included are a few different hardware configurations to choose from, along with plenty of different software packages.

For basic tasks, you have an Intel UHD graphics card that is quite usable for common tasks such as office or browsing. For AAA gaming, there is no way to get away with it on this laptop, and for any gaming that will be done in the near future, you will want to invest into a discrete card to power said gaming.

This is a beast of a gaming laptop. The processor is an i3, which is good. It’s capable of running at 1.2 GHZ and up to 3.4 GHZ in turbo boost mode if you have thermal headroom (e.g. it can’t overheat). This processor, along with 8 GB of RAM and Intel UHD Graphics card, makes for quite an excellent portable gaming machine. It’s easily strong enough to play basically any game on medium settings.

The Asus Vivobook F512JA-AS34 is a good overall laptop for the price. It’s not the best hardware for the price, but it does offer some good specs, like the Intel i3-1005G1 CPU, 8gb of ram and 128 GB SSD. For a budget laptop, I think that this is a good system overall. I don’t think that it’s reliable enough to be a gaming machine. It probably won’t be able to handle any modern AAA titles games.

This is a low cost laptop. The design looks good and the processor is good enough for web surfing, watching videos and other daily use work. If you are looking for a cheap laptop with some decent specs, then consider Asus F512JA-AS34.
